Brother and sister flee to China after explosive found outside Florida Air Force base

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A brother and sister who fled to China after alllegedly planting an explosive device outside a gate at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, have now been charged. And their mother has been detained for deportation, having overstayed her visa.
