Appeals Court orders Obama judge to end his 'intrusive' contempt investigation against Trump

WASHINGTON — A federal judge appointed by Barack Obama has been ordered to end his “intrusive” contempt investigation of the Trump administration for failing to comply with his order over flights carrying Venezuelan illegals to El Salvador last year.
