You can add your voice to a pro-life ministry's request of the president-elect.

American Family Association's (AFA) Ed Vitagliano is drawing attention to one of the ministry's latest Action Alerts.

"We're encouraging people to sign a petition to President-elect Trump so that when he is in office … one of his first acts will be to pardon people like Paulette Harlow, a 75-year-old pro-life advocate," Vitagliano relays.

Harlow was prosecuted in 2020 under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act for what AFA describes as "simply sitting in the waiting area of an abortion clinic."

"She was sentenced to two years in federal prison and 36 months of supervised release," Vitagliano details. "When her husband petitioned the judge before sentencing for consideration of her health issues, the judge … basically mocked her faith and said, 'Well, I guess you just have to follow your faith and trust in your God.'"

During the 2024 campaign, Trump did promise to pardon pro-life advocates jailed by the Biden-Harris administration.

"Marxists and Stalinists in the administration got a Washington, D.C., jury to convict pro-life activists who are now facing up to 11 years in prison for simple acts of protest," said Trump at a political event.

AFA generally sends out an Action Alert once a week. So far, more than 14,000 people have responded to this one by adding their names to the petition.
