Planned Parenthood is perhaps the biggest abortion provider in the world, but they do other things as well. According to at least three studies, the abortion chain is also one of the most common clinical settings to which sex traffickers bring their victims for certain services so they can keep their girls and women in business.
Research published in 2014 by the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy found that survivors of human trafficking have "had significant contact with clinical treatment facilities, most commonly Planned Parenthood clinics." Another study from 2017 found that "[e]mergency departments, Planned Parenthoods, and jails were common care sites." And "Sex Trafficking Victims at Their Junction with the Healthcare Setting—A Mixed-Methods Inquiry," published in 2019, found that the "most commonly visited community healthcare clinic is Planned Parenthood…."
Considering that Planned Parenthood is, in his words, "an organization that doesn't have a conscience, that doesn't have any moral direction at all," Hugh Brown of the American Life League is not surprised.
"It is allowed to get away with murder; it is allowed to get away with sex trafficking, treating victims, rather, and covering it up, never reporting it," the pro-lifer continues. "The laws that are put in place to protect women to protect children mean nothing."
Even so, the federal government in the last reporting year pumped three quarters of $1 billion into the abortion giant. So, Brown concedes that government is not the answer.
"It just continues to grow," he says about the government. "It's secular. As the government has abandoned its foundation — the foundation that all men are created equal, that we're all entitled to rights given to us by God — as we have moved away [from] that to some secular understanding, secular understanding changes with the wind; who knows what they believe?"
Brown says the only way Planned Parenthood and the criminals it supports can be stopped is for each citizen to stand up for life and be an individual and collective voice for the voiceless.
