A Republican U.S. House member from Texas says the Constitution is very clear that Gov. Greg Abbott has the right to push border security. The Texas Land Commissioner echoes that argument, saying if the state is under invasion, they don't need anyone's permission to protect their border. "We're just going to jump in and do what we have to do," she says.
