A pro-life organization has produced a video exposing the truth about how little corporate America actually cares about pregnant employees.

According to Live Action's research, many major corporations like Amazon, Kroger, and Disney will cover all expenses, including travel, for a woman to have an abortion rather than carry her baby to term.

Christina Bennett, a writer for Live Action News, says those firms are looking at the bottom line, which is not the welfare of women.

"This is not health insurance," she asserts. "This is not paying for someone to get dental work. This is not paying for someone to get their kidney checked. This is not paying for someone to get a well woman exam. This is paying for the destruction of a human life, and that's what abortion is. No company should have their finances going towards that."

Bennett makes note of the research cited by The Wall Street Journal; new data show that the share of employers offering paid maternity leave beyond what is required by law dropped from 53% in 2020 to 35% this year.

"If you look at what's happening in Europe, it's unbelievable," Bennett says about elsewhere in the world. "There are some nations where people have an entire year to take off or six months where they can bond with their child before they go back to work -- and they're paid. America [is] doing poorly when it comes to this."

Simply put, corporations save money by paying for abortions with no concern for the mother's feelings about the pregnancy. Live Action's satirical video (below) is intended to enlighten viewers on that fact.
