Things aren't going so well for most of the “woke” American athletes who promised to make a scene on the medal stands at the Tokyo Olympics.

The kneeling U.S. Women's Soccer team and its social justice warrior, Megan Rapinoe, suffered a historic defeat in the Olympic semi-finals: Canada defeated the U.S. team for the first time in 20 years.

They will not be bringing home the gold and might miss the podium altogether if they lose the consolation match.

“When the women's soccer team took a knee, I stopped rooting for them. I want them to lose,” “Today’s Issues” co-host Ed Vitagliano said of the unpatriotic display.

“I agree with that,” replied show host Tim Wildmon.

In other “woke” displays, transgender weightlifter Laurel Hubbard (pictured above) didn't get credit for a single lift and bombed out of the Summer Olympics.

Hammer thrower Gwen Berry, who turned her back on the U.S. flag at the trials, missed the podium, too.

Vitagliano told the radio audience that none of it would be tolerated in the real world.

“If I owned a business, and I have hired people to work in that business,” he observed, “while you are on the job, you represent me. And I expect you to follow the rules and treat me, my family, and my company with respect.”
