New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has been quick to prove that he is all in when it comes to supporting the Islamist agenda. His politics, as always, align with strong pro-Palestinian advocacy, which has been a major point of criticism from his opponents.
He also recently hosted a dinner to honor Mahmoud Khalil, a notorious antisemitic agitator.
Brigitte Gabriel, a national security expert and chairwoman of ACT for America, says thanks to the radical Counsel on American Islamic Relations, which mobilized Muslims to vote, Mamdani is not the only Muslim who was elected to office last year.
"Seventy-two Muslims ran for office; 42 Muslims got elected on that day," she reports. "Mamdani was one out of six mayors, 20 city council members, four state legislators, six school board members [and] two federal judges in nine states across the United States."
Muslim voter participation has increased significantly over the past decade. In the 2024 election, about 80% of registered Muslim voters cast ballots, outpacing Christian voters by nearly 30%.
Since then, Gabriel says the Muslims' passion has grown, but "God's instruments on Earth" have gotten more indifferent.
"Our people are apathetic. It takes more than praying. It takes more than reading your Bible," she insists. "Pray, but you've got to become engaged. Two percent of the passionate will always overrule the 98% indifferent. The Muslims are passionate; our side is indifferent."
Meanwhile, Gabriel asserts ACT for America remains committed to safeguarding American security and culture through education and activism while preserving civil liberties protected by the U.S. Constitution, and she encourages patriots to get involved with the grassroots movement.
"The time to stop the indifference is now," she says. "Let this be your day. Let this be your defining moment. Today is the day you need to become involved."
