Election fraud: It's not a myth

A conservative activist is citing an election "re-do" in Connecticut as proof that election integrity remains under attack in America.

As the Iowa caucuses officially kicked off the 2024 election campaign Monday, polling shows that 56% of Americans are concerned about cheating in 2024; and at the same time only 28% of Americans are satisfied with the way democracy is working in today in the U.S.

Gary Bauer, who ran for president in 2000, is chairman of Campaign for Working Families. The activist says a recent example in Connecticut proves that despite denial by the Left, there is voter fraud in America's elections.

Bauer, Gary (American Values) Bauer

"In spite of the efforts of the media and commentators on every media outlet – including Fox, quite frankly – almost cult-like [they] keep saying Charges that were never proven to be true about a stolen election in 2020. Of course, there's election integrity problems!" he emphasizes.

He cites an example in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where a Democratic mayoral primary was recently overturned because of fraud and cheating. The CT secretary of state is now urging voters to vote in person and avoid using absentee ballots.

"Periodically we're seeing elections like this recent one in Connecticut where there are findings of election fraud. There has to be do-overs in some cases," Bauer tells AFN.

He urges elected leaders at every level to do everything they can to secure elections and restore faith and confidence in the democratic process.
