A Messianic Jewish leader thinks Michelle Obama might be the Democrats' presidential candidate this year.

As President Joe Biden continues to suffer from abysmal poll numbers, his failed policies and failing health are feeding speculation that the Democrats may pull the plug on his candidacy before November.

This week on an episode of Jay Shetty's "On Purpose" podcast, former First Lady Michelle Obama revealed her thoughts on the upcoming presidential race.

"What's going to happen in this next election?" she posed. "I am terrified about what could possibly happen, because our leaders matter. Who we select, who speaks for us, who holds that bully pulpit -- it affects us in ways that sometimes I think people take for granted."

AFN noted in November that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) had recently modified its rules to allow for the replacement of a presidential nominee. Many conservatives have suggested that California Governor Gavin Newson will ultimately be the Democrats' choice.

But Olive Tree Ministries founder Jan Markell thinks Mrs. Obama's recent words in this interview were her not-so-subtle way of hinting that she could step into the race, which people have been predicting for a year or more.

"The horror of it all is that's the magic name, and I think it would be slam-dunk victory for the Left," Markell comments.

Without fraud, which the Democrats, she says, are "very capable of pulling off," she does not see how Joe Biden can compete with that.
