If the Bidens braved 'criminal enterprise' will GOP be too cowardly to prove it?

More than 80 conservative leaders have signed their names to a letter demanding Republicans in Congress begin the impeachment inquiry against President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.

Among the names is Elaine Donnelly, who leads the military watchdog Center for Military Readiness. She predicts it wouldn’t be difficult for Republicans to present evidence in an impeachment trial that shows President Biden engaged in criminal business deals with his son Hunter, which would mean he lied to the American people while pocketing money from crooked foreign businessmen.

Poll: Biden's support slipping among Hispanic voters

A poll suggests Joe Biden is losing the Hispanic vote while many are supporting other candidates.

A new Fox News poll found Biden with 46% support among Hispanic voters compared to 63% in a 2020 poll. By comparison, former president Donald Trump had 37% which is up slightly from 35% in 2020.

Discussing the poll on a Fox News segment, self-described former Democrat Lydia Dominquez said Americans are watching Biden vacation frequently while the middle class is struggling.

“Biden economics is really about enriching all the corporations and shrinking the smaller businesses,” she said, “and it's not helping the Latino community and the Latinos are seeing that."

Tina Aviles, a mother of seven, told Fox she is concerned about her children’s educational opportunities and job opportunities in the future.

“And those things are not being addressed or respected by the Biden campaign,” she said.

In the same poll, 17% said they support another candidate for president compared to only 2% in that category in 2020.

“You don't set up separate accounts like that,” she surmises, “unless you mean to launder the money.”

Like many others, Donnelly has witnessed Republican lawmakers allege the Biden family has pocketed millions of dollars in suspicious payments from foreign businessmen. Using subpoenaed bank records, Republicans allege millions passed through various fake corporations – shell companies – before it was deposited into Biden bank accounts.

A “shell company” is a fake corporation set up to move illicit money around to hide the source, the transfer, and the eventual destination.

“The bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies,” Rep. James Comer, who chairs the House Oversight Committee, told reporters in a bombshell news conference in May.

Likewise, letter co-signer Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council says he has seen enough evidence to trigger one of those federal RICO indictments that seem to be so popular at the moment.

“The evidence there appears to be quite monumental: Joe Biden was sitting on, I would have to say, a criminal enterprise,” Perkins said on his “Washington Watch” program.

If an impeachment inquiry happens, Republicans would move forward with a 10-seat majority in the House, where Speaker Kevin McCarthy has voiced approval – sort of – for an impeachment inquiry.

“We will follow this to the end,” he told Fox News in late July.

In a second Fox interview, McCarthy said President Biden should hand over bank statements to prove - as Democrats are claiming - he did not profit from his son's business deals.

In the U.S. Senate, Democrats hold a narrow majority over Republicans thanks to Independent senators who caucus with the Democratic Party.

“Impeachment ought to be rare,” Sen. Mitch McConnell, the Minority Leader, recently told The New York Times. “This is not good for the country.”

McConnell, who is 81, was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1984. Joe Biden began his long career there in 1972.

Democrats and their allies in the national media have mostly ignored the allegations against Biden, or else blamed Hunter for pursing questionable business deals and for giving what one Democrat called the “illusion of access” to his father, who was then the vice president of the United States.

“They are going to try to indict a father for loving his son, who has been addicted to drugs and/or alcohol, without evidence of the father doing anything other than loving that son," Claire McCaskill, the former congresswoman, told MSNBC regarding the growing allegations.

“Now is the time to start an impeachment inquiry because Americans deserve fair and honest leadership,” Jameson Taylor, who signed the letter on behalf of AFA Action, tells AFN.
