Near the end of his first term, in the height of the pandemic, President Trump's administration created the Operation Warp Speed program to facilitate and accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines.
The first were administered to the public in December 2020, following the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) emergency use authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
In the months that followed, the Biden administration insisted that people ignore the warnings about the risks of heart inflammation, neurological problems, blood clots, and even death and get every shot and booster available, sometimes under the threat of losing one's job.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other government types ignored and silenced the dangers.
Now, that corruption is the subject of a Senate Homeland Security Committee investigation.
"In this case, with myocarditis, the federal government was well aware of it, downplayed the severity, and hid what they actually found," committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) said at Wednesday's hearing.
Ranking member Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut),practically the only Democrat who bothered to show up to the hearing, used his time to continue denying the obvious.
"Let's be clear: the allegation is that they purposefully concealed evidence," he said. "I am unable to support that conclusion with this evidence."
The three Republican witnesses brought receipts. Dr. James Thorpe, an OBGYN, testified that he saw the dangers of the shots firsthand in his practice.
"This vaccine campaign was never grounded in biological science, but rather in behavioral 'science' – specifically the manipulation of public perception through influence, fear, and persuasion," he stated.
He pointed out that the systematic promotion of COVID-19 vaccination capitalized on the fact that women are the primary decision-makers in healthcare across the human lifespan. The government-controlled, medical-industrial complex knew if they could convince the most vulnerable patients – pregnant women – that the vaccination was safe and effective, it would imply that it was safe and effective for everyone.
The CDC acknowledges that "certain types of COVID-19 vaccinations" are linked to myocarditis and pericarditis, but it maintains that those side effects are "rare."
The NIH discloses that "the healthcare system is struggling to provide prompt care to all individuals suffering from immunoglobulin nephropathy, neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies, vasculitis, and acute interstitial nephritis following COVID-19 vaccination," but it highlights the "mild adverse reactions" to the shots like discomfort, swelling, rashes, fever, and headaches.
Top FDA officials recently laid out new requirements for yearly updates to COVID shots. A streamlined approach making vaccines available to adults 65 and older, as well as children and younger adults with at least one health problem that puts them at higher risk, continues, but annual COVID-19 shots for healthy younger adults and children will no longer be routinely approved.
