In a previous discussion with "Dr. James Dobson's Family Talk" program, Cameron said brands like Disney and Scholastic Books are perverting morality and values, confusing kids, "rotting their brains and … perverting their souls."
"Rather than complaining about it, how about we start creating what we want for our kids?" he posed. "Rather than being whiners … let's become winners of the culture and build the world we want our kids to live in."
That, he said, is what he is trying to do through the new series, "Adventures with Iggy and Mr. Kirk" – which he described as a modern-day "Mr. Rogers" with loveable puppets and engaging adventures that teach children clear, biblically moral lessons.
The show, which also features Leigh-Allyn Baker, is BRAVE Books' first TV show since the publishing company launched in 2021.
Trent Talbot, CEO and founder, says they have been working on it with Cameron for over 15 months.

"It's a super wholesome show that doesn't just entertain kids, but it builds up their character while doing so," he says. "Every single show teaches a Christian value, whether it's hard work, forgiveness, honesty, and things of that nature."
The show is available on BRAVE Books' new streaming app, BRAVE+, which Talbot says parents absolutely love because it takes them back to a time when things were simpler and TV shows were wholesome, clean, and fun.
"Iggy and Mr. Kirk" is joined on the platform by classic shows like "Bob the Builder," "Strawberry Shortcake," and "Madeline."
"Parents are loving the show, but they're also really loving BRAVE+," Talbot reports.
