This happened in Loudoun County, Virginia.
It was later revealed this girl was secretly recording the boys on her phone. The boys, in a discussion among themselves, asked each other why she was changing in their locker room. The video does not show them speaking directly to the girl.
Loudoun County Public Schools has now started a Title IX investigation into the boys for possible sexual harassment, a father of one of the boys told ABC7 News.
There is reportedly no disciplinary action against the transgender-identifying girl who violated district policy by recording a video in the locker room.
“I don't think my son should be punished for expressing his First Amendment right and being able to ask questions,” the father told 7News. “They were having a conversation with their peer group. They weren't directly asking or interacting with this other student, and just the fact that they can't ask those simple questions ... they're being punished in a way where now we have some serious charges that can affect their future here going forward."
This is not the first time the district has made national news for its support of transgender rights.
Previously the district superintendent did not inform parents after a male student physically assaulted a female student in a restroom. A community uproar followed with parents calling out the district in school board meetings (shown above).
The father wants the district to dismiss the Title IX complaint against the boys and reverse its policy that allows students to use bathrooms and locker rooms based on their chosen gender identity.
AFN talked with Victoria Cobb, president of the Family Foundation of Virginia and its Founding Freedom Law Center.
Been there, seen that with Loudoun County, she says.
"We have a situation once again where Loudoun County has shown us again that their radical policies do not reflect the community or biological reality. They need to end their insane policy now in accordance with the law and protect all students’ privacy. Three boys simply questioning why there's a girl in their locker room should never result in an investigation."
Where the woke path leads
Cobb said situations like this are the inevitable result of a commitment to woke ideology.

"When you look at the world through woke ideology like the Loudon County School Board, you end up wrongfully accusing innocent boys in their locker room instead of having a girl who has videoed inside the locker room -- which is completely against school policy -- in your office for investigation."
While working hard to cater to a limited number of individuals the district has gotten this issue wrong on multiple fronts, Cobb said.
"Loudoun is simply on the wrong side of biology, but they're (also) on the wrong side also of President (Donald) Trump's executive orders on this, and the Virginia Department of Education guidelines, and most importantly, public opinion."
