The U.S. Supreme Court has basically ruled in favor of a "transgender" school policy in Wisconsin.

The Court in effect ruled in favor of the policy by choosing not to take up the case. They left an appellate court's ruling in place that dismissed a lawsuit from concerned parents.

The Court rejected an appeal from Wisconsin parents who were trying to challenge a school district's guidance that says goes against informing parents if their kids are having 'transgender' feelings.

Three justices, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas, reportedly would have heard the case.

But it was only three of them—one short of what is needed for the Supreme Court to conduct a full review.

Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms For Liberty, tells AFN in effect that this is backwards.

"And the fact is that in no other situation does a school system hide mental distress of a child from a parent. If a child said that they were thinking about committing suicide, that school would normally share that. If a child is experiencing anorexia or bulimia and the school was aware of it, they would make the parent aware of that," Justice said.

But gender ideology is different.

"It has become commonplace for schools to keep secrets from parents and withhold that information. It's absolutely unacceptable. Just because the Court says that it's OK doesn't make it OK. And I do believe that there will be challenges that ruling," Justice said.

Justice said the school’s policy is a violation of the First Amendment, of religious liberty, and of the parent's right to direct the upbringing of their child. She also said it violates the Establishment Clause and due process that parents can opt their children out of other things, but not things pertaining to gender ideology.
