Guess who wants to discuss 'consent' with fourth graders?

A pro-life organization is urging any and all parents who will listen to get the nation’s largest abortion provider out of their child’s school and classroom.

Thanks to its sex-education curriculum, which is nationwide, Planned Parenthood has sunk its radical claws deep in numerous schools and classrooms across the country.

One of the sex-ed lessons is “Sex Ed To-Go,” a free online course that states it informs students about human anatomy, sexually transmitted diseases, and pregnancy prevention.

Katie Brown, national director American Life League, says Planned Parenthood is sneaking its courses into schools, with the cooperation of principals and teachers, but without parental knowledge or approval.

“And you would think,” Brown tells AFN, “that a lot of these sex-ed programs would be mostly focused at high school students.”

However, Brown and ALL have also learned the free sex-ed courses are offered to students as young as fourth graders, who are typically 9 or 10 years old.

On the “Sex Ed To-Go” website, AFN found a fourth-grade course named “Connect and Respect: Relationship Skills for Tweens.” The course description, which is 23 lessons, includes a section on online safety and one on self-esteem. A section on “setting boundaries” seems to discuss sex with the 9-year-old students, since part of the discussion is “consent.”

“Do I need consent?” is the title of a quiz the fourth graders take.

According to Brown, ALL believes Planned Parenthood is trying to “hook” impressionable fourth graders into an early life of sexual promiscuity.

Then, when those children encounter trouble, such as a sexually transmitted disease, or they become pregnant, they turn to Planned Parenthood for help – after its sex-ed course set them on a destructive path.
