The message from the royal family, back in February, wished “all Muslims in the UK, the Commonwealth and around the world a blessed and peaceful Ramadan.”
When it was time for an Easter message, however, Buckingham Palace acknowledged no such message was coming to the land where the early Church can trace its roots to the second century.
Defenders of King Charles point out there is no history of Buckingham Palace releasing a message at Easter, but critics can point to an Easter message from him in 2025 but none one year later.
Many of those same critics call the lack of an Easter message an act of cowardice from the same royal family that has never publicly condemned the “grooming gangs” of third world immigrants who sexually assaulted Great Britain’s young girls and teenagers for years.
Despite that scandal, which was allowed to continue after whistleblowers were threatened with punishment, the country's Labour Party vowed in March to prosecute its citizens for "anti-Muslim" hostility.
Godfrey Bloom, an outspoken British politician, blasted King Charles when it was clear no Easter message was coming from Buckingham Palace.
“We listened patiently to your support for Islam, through Ramadan,” Bloom states in a social media video, “but I remind you you're head of the Church of England, and that is a very critical role for you.”
In the video Bloom also accuses King Charles of being a closeted Muslim, a suspicion he says many others share, too.
King Charles has the right to embrace any faith he chooses, Bloom further states, but he should also surrender the throne as his title.
“You must abdicate,” Bloom states. “I would suggest similarly that your son must not take the throne, because it seems to me you do not understand what your role seriously is.”
