A Christian advocate for decency says the Museum of Modern Art in Fort Worth is allowing the LGBTQ community to disguise child porn as art.

The museum has promoted the exhibit as works created by women and nonbinary artists that tackle "dynamics of both biological and constructed families," and a significant emphasis on "queerness" has been noted.

Dozens of pastors and religious liberty groups have signed a letter demanding that pictures of children in sexualized poses be removed from the "Diaries of Home" exhibit.

Harvey, Linda (Mission: America) Harvey

"Homosexual activists have gotten away with pushing sinful behavior to students in school under the name of safety, and now they want to disseminate public obscenity and even child porn disguised as art," contends Linda Harvey of Mission: America.

She says showcasing children naked and moody "to evoke the edgy, dark side of childhood" could only attract sexual predators.

"This is another callous disregard by the LGBTQ community to try to do what they can to bring children further and further into their depraved mindsets," Harvey asserts.

She is confident that under Texas law, the Museum of Modern Art could be prosecuted for displaying this content.

The Danbury Institute is spearheading the campaign to remove the photographs of the children from the museum's collection.

"This exhibit should be called what it is: child pornography," their letter declares.

As of December 29, the museum had not responded to the controversy.
