Meanwhile, Jewish hate continues to rise up on college campuses, this time at the University of Michigan.
Ann Arbor Police are investigating attacks on two more Jewish students following an assault on Sept. 15.
At Gettysburg, the obnoxious material was in a bag proving it was not left there by a wandering dog off leash. Additionally, a sign announcing the display went missing.
The display was set up by Gettysburg College's Young Americans for Freedom chapter, according to Campus Reform.
Christian author and commentator Janice Crouse thinks this disrespect is indicative of today's generation.

Building for a long time
"There's a disrespect, there's a disregard for the sacrifices that people have made. There's a sense of superiority by people who think they are above giving anybody deference or treating anyone as above them."
Crouse adds when you think of the sacrifice that the people of 9/11 made, it's hard to imagine that young people are not being taught to be respectful.
"It is happening so much, and it's happening in so many different areas that none of us are surprised anymore. We are disgusted by it, but we're not surprised by it anymore."
At Michigan, the two students were assaulted close to a home for a Jewish fraternity, according to the Detroit Free Press.
While the increase in assaults of Jewish college students is troublesome, Naya Lekht of the Institute for Global Studies of anti-Semitism says she's not surprised.
Location matters

"I've seen it coming for many years now, this intimidation tactic, the harassment. I'm just surprised it's taken so long."
There’s a geographic trend. She says these attacks are more likely to happen on campuses with more radical protesters than those in more conservative areas.
"It's not an accident that this happened at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, which is near Dearborn, which has a very radicalized Muslim-American community. I don't think it's going to be happening at the University of Tennessee. I do think it's going to be happening at UC Berkeley where this kind of behavior has been kind of encouraged."
A UM student has proposed forming a group involving up to 100 students that would escort Jewish students at the university, according to another Campus Reform report.
