Christians gathering in Atlanta next month will be encouraged to evaluate current issues affecting faith and family through the lens of a biblical worldview.

For the second year in a row, Family Research Council – along with FRC Action – is hosting the "Pray Vote Stand Summit For Life" (September 14-16). Topics of discussion will include protecting the unborn, warding off attacks on the nuclear family, defending religious liberty, and righting wrongs in America's education system.

Brent Keilen, vice president of FRC Action, says this is the biggest event of the year.

"Our goal [at the summit] is to talk about current cultural issues that are impacting faith, family, and freedom – and then to look at those from a biblical worldview and talk about what's really going on with those," Keilen explains.

"We want to talk about the facts, but we also want to talk to people about what you can do right where you are, right there in your community and with your family, to make an impact."

Confirmed speakers include conservative Christian leaders such as George Barna, Anne Graham Lotz, Dr. Ben Carson, David Barton, Allie Beth Stuckey, and Mike Huckabee.

Registration for the summit, which will take place at First Baptist Atlanta, is available online or via phone. A free worldview session specifically for high school and college students is scheduled for Friday afternoon.
