Young people helping get God's Word back in schools

This week is National Truth for Youth Bible Week on American Family Radio (AFR).

Evangelist Tim Todd of Revival Fires International, the ministry behind the Truth for Youth Bible effort, details that the Truth for Youth Bible consists of the entire New Testament in the God's Word Translation.

"There's also 100 pages of comic stories in the front section that deal with the truth about things that young people are up against on a regular basis," Todd continues. "These comic stories offer hope to these young people."

The purpose of the annual national event is to get a copy of God's Word to anyone who does not know the Lord Jesus Christ. Todd believes public schools are a great place to be a witness.

Todd, Tim (evangelist) Todd

"When we kicked God out of our schools in June of 1963, our nation has never been the same since," the evangelist asserts. "We kicked God out of our schools, and the devil has moved in. But thankfully, there are Christian young people on fire for God in these last days that are taking a strong stand on their school campus, giving Bibles away to young people that have never had Bibles before, helping us get the Word of God back in the public schools of America."

Revival Fires International will give a free Bible to teens ages 13 to 18 years old who commit to giving it to a friend in school who does not know the Lord.
