Trump said of the agency: “It’s very bureaucratic. And it’s very slow. Other than that, we’re very happy with them.”
He did not offer clear details on what he would replace it with, but indicated he wants to move more of the disaster management responsibility to the states.
“A governor can handle something very quickly,” Trump said.

Reports say there are still tons of debris which must be moved. And some people are still living in tents.
During Trump's visit to Ashville, he praised Franklyn Graham and his Samaritan's Purse organization which has played a significant role in helping the people hit hard by the hurricane.
